What: Christian Dior by Raf Simons Spring/Summer 2016 RTW. Loads of delphiniums shipped to decorate the tent where the House of Dior was showing its latest Spring/Summer 2016 Ready-to-Wear collection. Rihanna was there (probably also shipped via First Class by the Dior peeps), as well as other fashionista notables, including the always-chic Marisa Berenson. There was an air of the South of France, Victoriana inspiration as well as lightness about it all. Spring/Summer 2016 will be light and delicate as those delphiniums, according to Raf Simons, Creative Director of Christian Dior.

Trends: Scalloped edged handkerchief cotton voile dresses, tops, shorts; looser coats/jackets; voluminous styles; drop shoulder; exaggerated shoulders/sleeves; night-gowns; cropped Bermuda shorts; hi-lo shapes (shorter in front/longer in back).
Colors: Navy blue, dusty rose, white, red-and-navy.
